OVERVIEW

inCheckin d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as ""inCheckin"" or ""we""), adheres to the privacy of the inCheckin mobile application users (hereinafter referred to as ""the Application"") in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.Privacy Policy which follows below (the ""Statement"") is about the data we collect through applications and related online services and how we use and share the collected information. By using the Applications you consent to the collection and use of the information as stated in this Statement. The Statement can be updated as described below. Your use of the Applications is also governed by the Terms of Use, which are expressly incorporated in this Statement.

DATA COLLECTION

inCheckin may collect and store any information you voluntarily provide through the Application on your device.

Such information may contain information about your account (email and password of your inCheckin account) and any personal information required to check-in a tourist on the eVisitor system (https://www.evisitor.hr/) as prescribed by the law of the Republic of Croatia (http : //narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2015_11_126_2395.html) (hereinafter ""the Law"").

The User must obtain the consent of the tourist before collecting their personal data and sending them to the eVisitor system (hereinafter, the eVisitor). In the case of data collection of minors, the inCheckin user must obtain the consent of the parent or legal guardian. Tourist information will only be stored on the device and can be sent to the inCheckin webserver that transmits them without a copy to the public eVisitor WEB API (hereinafter referred to as ""API"") through the encrypted https protocol for registering tourist visits to the Republic of Croatia such as in the prescribed law.

We also collect statistical information about the users' activity (number of sign-in, check-in and guest cancellation), and passive information about the operating system type and mobile device on which the Application is installed.

USE OF INFORMATION

Your personal information or other collected information, as noted above, is used for the purposes of communication with the eVisitor or any other APIs to the needs and interests of the market. We will not access the personal data stored on your device.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Depending on your use of the Applications, the enclosed information will be available to the administrators of the eVisitor and the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia and their agencies as prescribed by the Law.

InCheckin reserves the right to share personal information when reasonably believe that sharing is required by law and necessary to prevent, detect or punish criminal offenses or fraud or in situations involving potential physical threats.

In the case of acquisition or merger of inCheckin with a third party, user information may be considered as a property that is transferred or acquired by a third party but in this case this Privacy Statement continues to apply to your data. The third party will get the rights and obligations with regard to this information as described in this Statement.

SECURITY

Although none of the systems or technologies are completely secure, inCheckin uses the appropriate physical, electronic, and control procedures, and making further efforts to secure your data and information about your guest from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or destruction.

DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

The inCheckin account is used to connect multiple eVisitor account under single inCheckin account, for billing services and invoice delivery to users. The eVisitor account is used to connect to the eVisitor and to the services that eVisitor offers. When deleting an account, which is enabled to inCheckin users, inCheckin will delete all user data from its servers as well as statistics on the number of check-in, check-out and cancellation of guests.

Also, inCheckin will allow users to export data in a text file.

REVIEW AND UPDATING OF DATA

You are responsible for updating, maintaining, and accuracy of your personal information you have entered into the Application or through the Application. You can update the information you entered into the Application at any time through the forms of Applications as the Application allows.

If you wish to update your eVisitor data or you think that you are providing inaccurate information via the application, please contact the eVisitor support.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

inCheckin reserves the right to make changes to this statement and to publish a revised version of the Statement on this page with the date of the update at the top of this Statement. Notification about eventual changes will be sent to your email account.

OVERVIEW

The following are the terms and conditions for use of inCheckin d.o.o. service (hereinafter Application). The application is wholly owned by InCheckin d.o.o. (below inCheckin or us) who develops and maintains it. By using the application, or by providing any data through the application, and with regard to the services provided by InCheckin, YOU DECLARE THAT YOU WILL BE SUBMITTED TO ALL REQUIREMENTS AND PROVISIONS DETERMINING THE USE OF APPLICATIONS AND ITS SERVICES (below Terms). Your use of the application is available to you provided you agree to the terms, conditions and statements contained therein, without any change.

USER ACCOUNTS, REGISTRATION, AND SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION

In order to use the application services, you must have an active inCheckin account and an eVisitor account (https://www.evisitor.hr/). You will protect your authorization information and assume full responsibility for all your third party activities and activities that will be performed under your inCheckin and eVisitor account. If you use an account on behalf of another person, these terms bind you as a user and the other person as the account owner.

inCheckin reserves the right to withhold or decline the service to any person who violates these Terms or misappropriates the Application or its services, or in any way damages the reputation of InCheckin d.o.o

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

InCheckin explicitly retains all rights, title, app earnings, and application content, including any proprietary rights, patents, trademarks, or other intellectual and proprietary rights.

CONTENTS GENERATED BY THE USER OR THIRD PARTY

The application allows you to collect, upload, or transfer personal information, including full names, birth dates, document numbers, and other forms of personal data (hereafter, Personal Data). By submitting personal data, you acknowledge that you have consent from all parties involved. In the case of one of the minor minor's minor, the consent must be given by the parent or legal guardian. You, as a user, also confirm that you are an adult who voluntarily accepts these Terms and uses the Application and its services.

You are responsible for all content or data that you collect, upload or in any way transfer. You will not upload fake information or any data that could harm someone's reputation, whether they were a guest, inCheckin, eVisitor, or any third party, you also state that you will not use any application to do any illegal action.

By submitting Personal Data through the Application you declare that you have the consent to submit these data and that these data are accurate. Also, you assume all the risk associated with the personal information you submitted through the Application including the third party's interpretation of this information. By submitting Personal Data you may be exposed to liability for, for example, filing false information, or deliberately defamation.

inCheckin is not responsible for any content that you enter the application, or the accuracy of personal information that you submit to external systems through the application.

By using the inCheckin application, you have access to the eVisitor system through the eVisitor API, and from the moment you access to the eVisitor system, you agree that the storage, removal and manipulation of the personal data provided by eVisitor is governed by the eVisitor's General Terms (https://www.evisitor.hr/ eVisitorWiki // Javno.Opci-uvjeti-koristenja.ashx) and the law of the Republic of Croatia. You also acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all data manipulation in the eVisitor system and that inCheckin is not responsible for and can not be held responsible for any of your actions from the moment you accept these Terms.

CONDITIONS AND CLOSURE

You can cancel the acceptance of these Terms at any time by closing your InCheckin account and uninstalling the Application. Please review our Privacy Statement once more, which tells us about our further procedures regarding your account and your account closing details.

Also, inCheckin reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.

PRIVACY

The inCheckin Application is managed by the Privacy Statement that is embedded in these Terms in this link. Please read the Privacy Statement before you access the Application or before applying any Personal Information through the Application and its Services.

SPECIAL WARNINGS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE

By accepting the global nature of the Internet, you also accept the responsibility for compliance with any local rules and laws in your country of residence or any other local law where such information may be sent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS CHANGES

inCheckin reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and publish a revised version on this page with the date of the update at the top of this Terms. Notification about eventual changes will be sent to your email account.

IX
MISCELLANEOUS

You agree that all legal jurisdiction over all potential disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be borne by the courts of the Republic of Croatia in the City of Zagreb. All notifications under inCheckin must be sent by registered mail to the address inCheckin d.o.o., Å andaljska 5a, 52100 Pula, Republic of Croatia

The relationship between inCheckin and you is not a relationship of legal partnership, but the relationship between independent contractors.
